Stefan Kershow is an Assistant Director of Structured Finance for Consortium Capital, a subsidiary of The Bernstein Companies.
Stefan's primary responsibilities include New Market Tax Credit deal origination and transactional work as well as asset management
of Historic Tax Credit projects. Stefan is also involved in leading Consortium's efforts for new tax credit syndication opportunities,
with a focus on renewable energy. Stefan has a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and serves as a Board
Member and Treasurer for the E.L. Haynes Public Charter School in Washington, D.C.
Adam Bernstein, Managing Director of Consortium Capital and the President of The Bernstein Companies, has been significantly
involved in the real estate development, investment and management business in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States
since joining The Bernstein Companies in 1985 as a third-generation owner.
Mr. Bernstein has been responsible for forging successful alliances with institutional investors and other equity partners.
Under Mr. BernsteinÕs direction, Consortium Capital completed transactions totaling over $1 billion and 3 million square feet
in its first eleven years of operation.
John Chanaud has been with Consortium Capital since 1997. He is primarily responsible for the financial oversight of Consortium
Capital' hotel and commercial office divisions, including all aspects of financial and tax planning, treasury management, and
financial reporting. Before joining Consortium Capital, Mr. Chanaud was a Senior Manager for a regional public accounting and
consulting firm.
Mr. Chanaud received a B.S. in Accounting from Towson State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Maryland Association of CPAs and the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.
Marc Duber is Managing Director for Consortium Capital. He has been associated with Consortium Capital and The Bernstein Companies
for more than 23 years and oversees the long-range planning as well as financial and business development for the firm.
Mr. Duber has experience in all phases of the investment process, including evaluating potential acquisitions, asset management, and strategic repositioning.
Mr. Duber serves as the head of both Consortium Capital's property management and construction divisions, coordinating all renovation projects on existing properties,
and overseeing the construction of new properties.
Joseph Galli is Managing Director for Consortium Capital where he has worked since 1988. With extensive commercial real estate expertise,
he was an integral player in the launch of Consortium Capital, providing critical knowledge, expertise and foresight to the venture.
As Managing Director, Mr. Galli is responsible for formulating, implementing and guiding investment strategy for the series of equity funds.
This role involves identifying potential properties, overseeing acquisitions, negotiating joint ventures, securing financing and identifying timely exit strategies.
Gary Griffin has been with Consortium Capital since 1997. During that time he has been involved with all aspects of the firm's Consortium Series of real estate
funds that completed over $500 million of acquisitions in over 4 million square feet in the region.
As Vice President of Consortium Capital, he leads the acquisitions and asset management team for both the Consortium series of funds and Consortium Atlantic Realty Trust.
Before joining Consortium Capital, Mr. Griffin gained a wide array of real estate
investment experience with a regional real estate private equity firm.
