About The Funds:
Consortium Capital's Real Estate Funds invest in commercial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic fousing primarily on the Washington D.C metropolitan area. Through its Consortium funds, Consortium Capital has purchased, developed and repositioned over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in a variety of projects - ranging from office buildings to hotels to loan purchases. Anticipating the change in the market, the focus of the funds continues to evolve over time allowng for above market returns to its investors. To date, three Consortium Funds have been established, investing over $240 million of equity since their inception.
