DAWN RYAN
Dawn Ryan has been with Consortium Capital since 2004. As a part of the acquisitions and asset management team, Ms. Ryan has been actively involved in all of the firm's acquisitions and dispositions, and has been directly responsible for oversight of over $400 million in property financings. Throughout her career, Ms. Ryan has been directly involved in originations, analysis and closing of more than $1.5 billion in transactions. Ms. Ryan's primary responsibilities include financing of Consortium and private projects, as well as due diligence and coordination of transaction closings.
