MARC DUBER
Marc Duber is Managing Director for Consortium Capital. He has been associated with Consortium Capital and The Bernstein Companies for more than 23 years and oversees the long-range planning as well as financial and business development for the firm.

Mr. Duber has experience in all phases of the investment process, including evaluating potential acquisitions, asset management, and strategic repositioning. Mr. Duber serves as the head of both Consortium Capital's property management and construction divisions, coordinating all renovation projects on existing properties, and overseeing the construction of new properties.
